1 Accetto di sottopormi alle Regole come definite nel Regolamento di Regata W.S. 2021-2024 (RRS) e la Normativa F.I.V. per l'attività sportiva nazionale vigente. Il/La Sottoscritto/a dichiara esplicitamente di assumere a proprio carico ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità per danni che dovessero derivare a persone e/da cose di terzi, sia in mare che in terra, in conseguenza della partecipazione alla Regata alla quale con il presente modulo mi iscrivo sollevando l'A.I.C.O. ASD, FERRERO COMMERCIALE ITALIA S.r.l. con sede in Piazzale P. Ferrero 1, 12051 Alba (CN), SLAM ed il Comitato Organizzatore, come pure qualsiasi persona che per qualsiasi motivo faccia parte dell'Organizzazione da ogni responsabilità. Inoltre, il Comitato Organizzatore declina ogni responsabilità per danni e furti delle imbarcazioni, carrelli e attrezzature, non assumendo nessun obbligo di custodia al riguardo.
I agree to submit to the Rules as defined in the W.S. Racing Rules 2021-2024 (RRS) and the F.I.V. Rules for National Sporting Activity in force. The undersigned explicitly declares that he/she assumes all and any responsibility for damages that may be caused to persons and/or third parties' property, both at sea and on land, as a consequence of participating in the Regatta to which I hereby register myself, relieving A.I.C.O. ASD, FERRERO COMMERCIALE ITALIA S.r.l. Piazzale P. Ferrero 1 - 12051 Alba (CN), SLAM and the Organizing Committee, as well as any person who for any reason is part of the Organization from any responsibility. Furthermore, the Organizing Committee disclaims any responsibility for damage and theft of the boats, trolleys and equipment, assuming no custodial obligation in this regard.

Questi dati sono necessari ai fini dell'esecuzione dei servizi offerti e saranno gestiti in modo da garantire la sicurezza e riservatezza. Inoltre, la manifestazione potrà essere oggetto di riprese video e fotografiche, utilizzate per promuovere le attività dell'A.I.C.O., dei suoi main sponsor Kinder Ferrero, Slam e del Circolo organizzatore dell'evento. Con la firma della presente si autorizza espressamente l'utilizzo della propria immagine e la sua pubblicazione sui social media e social network di settore. Altresì si rinuncia a rivendicare royalties o altre forme di compensazione che nascano da o siano legate alla realizzazione o uso del materiale o delle di esso riproduzioni, modifiche od opere derivate.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (PDF version). This data is necessary for the purpose of performing the services offered and will be handled in a manner that ensures security and confidentiality. In addition, the event may be the subject of video and photographic footage, used to promote the activities of A.I.C.O., its main sponsors Kinder Ferrero, Slam and the event's organizing club. By signing this, I expressly authorize the use of my image and its publication on social media and industry social networks. I also waive my right to claim royalties or other forms of compensation arising from or related to the making or use of the material or its reproductions, modifications or derivative works.
